Footworks Dance Studio is seeking an experienced Ballet & Pointe Instructor for immediate hire to join our faculty for the remainder of the season. This position involves teaching competitive team ballet and pointe for dedicated dancers ages 11–18 in a supportive, high-level training environment. Position Details Role: Ballet & Pointe Teacher Start Date: Immediate Students: Competitive dancers ages 11–18 Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays Duration: Now through late May Location: Winter Garden, Florida Pay: Competitive pay, based on experience Responsibilities Include Teaching strong technical ballet classes for competitive dancers Providing safe, structured pointe instruction Emphasizing alignment, artistry, strength, and classical foundations Supporting team training and dancer development Ideal Candidate Experience teaching ballet and pointe at the intermediate/advanced level Strong understanding of technique, progression, and injury prevention Professional, dependable, and passionate about dancer growth Competitive studio experience is a plus To Apply Please send your resume, teaching background, and availability to mskrystiefootworks@gmail.cmo.
